Before your order is shipped, our customer service team will provide photos and video records of the watch for your confirmation.Each product will go through a quality inspection before shipment, including appearance checks and basic function testing. Once you confirm that everything looks correct, we will arrange shipment for your order.

After receiving your watch, we kindly recommend checking the basic functions before removing any protective films.Please check functions such as:

Protective Film Notice
Please complete your initial inspection before removing the protective films.Once the protective films are removed, the product will be considered accepted in its delivered condition. After the films are removed, return or refund requests will no longer be accepted. However, eligible quality-related issues will still be covered under our warranty service.

All watch products come with a 2-year warranty service from the date of delivery.The warranty covers non-human-caused quality or functional issues, including but not limited to:

Situations Not Covered by Free Warranty
