Quality Check Before Shipping

Before your order is shipped, our customer service team will provide photos and video records of the watch for your confirmation.

Each product will go through a quality inspection before shipment, including appearance checks and basic function testing. Once you confirm that everything looks correct, we will arrange shipment for your order.

Please Check Your Watch Upon Delivery

After receiving your watch, we kindly recommend checking the basic functions before removing any protective films.

Please check functions such as:
  • Time adjustment
  • Date adjustment
  • Winding
  • Basic movement operation
  • Other available watch functions

Protective Film Notice

Please complete your initial inspection before removing the protective films.

Once the protective films are removed, the product will be considered accepted in its delivered condition. After the films are removed, return or refund requests will no longer be accepted. However, eligible quality-related issues will still be covered under our warranty service.

2-Year Warranty Service

All watch products come with a 2-year warranty service from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers non-human-caused quality or functional issues, including but not limited to:

Abnormal timekeeping

Unable to adjust the time

Unable to adjust the date

Confirmed functional issues not caused by improper use

Situations Not Covered by Free Warranty

Free warranty service does not cover damage caused by human factors or improper use, including but not limited to:

Dropping, impact, or external force damage

Water damage or moisture entering the watch

Incorrect operation

Private disassembly, repair, modification, or adjustment

Wear, scratches, or damage caused during use

Any other damage caused by misuse or handling

If repair is still needed in the above situations, we can help arrange repair service. The cost of parts and labor will be based on the actual inspection result.

Operation Guidance

Some watch functions may look similar to the original version, but the actual adjustment method may be different.

To avoid accidental damage or functional issues, please contact customer service before operating the watch if you are not familiar with its functions.
